Liverpool-based Graffiti Spirits Group is hosting ‘Miracle on Seel Street’ in a secret venue known as 83. Taking place every Thursday-Sunday from mid-November to January, the hidden bar will be transformed with Christmas trees, snow globes and wrapped presents, with a fully festive menu.
